Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following policy applies to purchases made through the Onickz Artworks online store.
14-day return period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
After notifying us of your decision to return the item, the product must be sent back within 14 days.
Return conditions
Returned prints must be in substantially the same condition as received and must be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during transport.
You may inspect the print as you reasonably would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Proof of purchase may be requested.

Return shipping costs
For returns made because you have changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
We strongly recommend using appropriate protective packaging and a tracked shipping method, particularly for Fine Art prints.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us where required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your print arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at guillaume.louyot@gmail.com, preferably including photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue quickly.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers.
Custom and personalised orders
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made specifically according to the customer's individual specifications or products that are clearly personalised.
This may include, for example, a print produced in a custom size not normally offered by Onickz Artworks, a personalised inscription, or another individually commissioned modification.
Standard Fine Art editions, including prints produced after an order is placed, are not considered personalised solely because they are printed to order, signed or individually numbered.
If you have any question about whether a particular product qualifies as personalised, please contact us before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange system.
If you wish to purchase another eligible item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
For valid withdrawals, refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the refund will include the price paid for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued within the legally applicable period. For EU consumers, this is generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, although we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
After a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees available under applicable law.
For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.
